To register and maintain an Account on GAS138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an Account will be forfeited and, where legally required, reported to relevant authorities.
GAS138 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by GAS138 may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on GAS138. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify GAS138 promptly of any changes. GAS138 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. GAS138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify GAS138 support immediately at [email protected]. GAS138 may suspend an Account temporarily pending investigation of a security breach report.
GAS138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon GAS138's request at any other time, you will be required to submit acceptable identity documentation, which may include:
All deposits to GAS138 Accounts are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). GAS138 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed during the deposit process and may be updated periodically. All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded in full, and the relevant Account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the payment method originally used for deposits, wherever technically feasible. GAS138 targets the following indicative processing times from the point of approval:
Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by third-party payment provider processing schedules, KYC requirements, or GAS138's internal compliance review processes. GAS138 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, GAS138 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are satisfied will be processed as real-money withdrawals only, with any associated bonus funds forfeited.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your Account's withdrawal section. VIP tier membership may unlock higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits. GAS138 reserves the right to implement enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
GAS138 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published for each individual promotion.
New members are eligible for one welcome bonus package only. Welcome bonuses are subject to a minimum qualifying deposit and specific wagering requirements as published at the time of offer. GAS138 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.
All promotional claims must be verified. GAS138 may conduct routine audits of bonus activity and reserves the right to reverse any bonus or winnings obtained in contravention of these bonus terms.
All bets placed through GAS138 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or any other product category — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, in addition to these general Terms.
For sports betting products, GAS138 follows standard industry practices for settlement of markets, including handling of match postponements, abandoned events, and disputed results. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.
GAS138 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. All game outcomes are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. GAS138 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided. GAS138 will not honour payouts that result directly from a documented technical error, including but not limited to software errors, display errors, or erroneous odds publication.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GAS138 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
GAS138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account, any legitimate real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. GAS138 targets processing such refunds within 10 business days of Account closure, unless the closure results from fraud or Terms violations, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GAS138, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
GAS138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by GAS138's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by GAS138.
All content on the GAS138 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of GAS138 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without GAS138's prior written consent.
GAS138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GAS138 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through GAS138's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits GAS138's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect GAS138's rights or intellectual property.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related legislation.
